Easy to assemble out the box. Everything works great so far. Haven't taken it on a long ride yet. But so far it's been fun on short rides around my neighbourhood. Everything came as indicated in description.

Bikes fast for how small it is This bike is very fast for how small it is. I'm 5'8 and 160 lbs. I got it going 34mph even just peddling. You don't have to peddal like you're running from something. Just keep the motor going. You'll feel it when it's engaging. My only concern is the battery indicator,It went down very quickly after a full charge. Only after a few miles. But then after turning it back on. The battery indicator was almost full again. So I'm not sure exactly how far I really can go. Other than that. The bike is absolutely awesome and so much fun to ride! I give it a 4.5

Lots of bang for your buck. Solid! As other recent reviews have stated this is a really great bike with great features. In researching e-bikes I haven’t found anything close to what you get at this price point. I’m 5’ll 175lbs and it fits me perfect. Definitely more of a motorcycle feel with the 20” tires and frame. I agree with other reviews that the biggest negative is it does slow down considerably when going uphill on roads. However, I live in Hawaii and have taken it off-road and it handles bumpy hills pretty well in lower pedal assist modes where you are just trying to get through rough areas. Off-road down hill rides great. Back shocks could be better but aftermarket shocks I’ve seen people install on YouTube seems to solve this if it’s an issue for you. It’s not for me and down hill on rough terrain you really get a feel for how sturdy the bike is. It gets me quickly to areas that I would otherwise have to walk to or would be a strenuous bike ride. Last of all is customer service. I was not getting anywhere near the range that it is advertised for. After contacting the company, another battery was shipped to me a timely manner. Excellent customer service and communication. I would recommend this bike to anyone in my size range.

Total beast! This thing is awesome. Just hit 200 miles and still going strong. Well-built and fast. Doesn't pull hills very well but It's also pretty heavy. Likewise the weight makes it hard to pedal without pedal assist. More of a MoPed than an ebike. Still giving it 5/5 because it looks awesome and gets me through town with ease. It's exactly what I need.

Great bike, well executed all around This is a review after riding 500+ miles on this bike, and I swould say that I am in the “very experienced” category of ebike users. There are several topics to unpack, so I’ll just try to touch on the essentials here. Customer service: this I decided to put right at the top because Smartravel via Amazon is absolutely top-notch! They always have replied to me quickly, sent me replacement parts (of my own fault, nothing they sent me originally was faulty) in speedy time, and are friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough about their customer service, which is 20 out of 5 stars! They will not sell you a heap of electrified trash and disappear! Assembly: easy. If you can turn a wrench, are physically capable of riding a bike, and have a brain, you can assemble this easily by yourself. Packaging: it comes very well protected. No issues to address there Mechanical Components: although they are not mainstream components (Shimano or whatever), the components seem to be of very high quality and I have not had any issues with any of the components. I am very hard on my disk brakes because of how I ride, and I’ve had to replace the front brake pads so far. This is, of course, to be expected because that is just basic maintenance. They actually lasted longer than I would have expected, and replacing them takes all of 10 minutes. The left/right signals are a little hokey, but I understand why some people would want them. I never use them and am thinking of removing them altogether. I do love the brake light, it’s very useful when driving in traffic at night. The headlight is super high quality and bright enough to go full speed on a pitch black road at night. No complaints on components. Computer: the computer they use is actually very good. I have grown to love their computer best of the 3 e-bikes I currently ride. Simple, small and streamlined, and has a nice color display. Shows you everything you want to see on a computer like odometer, speed, etc. Battery: wow! There are two things I love about this battery. The first is obviously range and the second is how it discharges. I have noticed a very awesome aspect on this battery, and that is when it gets close to dying it still punches out great torque and speed until it fully dies. Most e-bikes discharge to about 20% and then acceleration and climbing torque both start to significantly decline, very noticeably. This bike definitely does go down a bit on lower charges, but it’s noticeably better than other e-bikes. Also, when you’re at extremely low charge levels, it still seems to last for many miles before fully shutting down. Absolutely love the battery. Tires: most excellent Chao Yang tires, after 500+ miles I’m only noticing a slight wear down of the nubs. They grip very well. I love the width of the fat tires and can’t wait to ride them in the snow (I’m in Utah) Suspension: I’m not hugely enthusiastic about the suspension, but it is right on par with every other standard ebike I’ve ridden. The rear suspension has a hand-tightened adjustment and it doesn’t seem to do much in terms of changing the tightness. The front forks are quite good. The whole suspension system gets 8/10 from me, but other e-bikes get that or lower from me and I’ve been on TONS of e-bikes. Seat/saddle: the seat is surprisingly comfortable, especially if you sit farther back on the rear end of it. One thing to note on the seat is this; on the indentation in the middle of the seat, the faux leather will separate from the foam when parked in direct sunlight. This truly does not matter, as when you sit back down on the seat it presses back into the groove and stays put. Like I say, this aspect truly does not matter aesthetically or functionally, but it does do that in high heat. “V” leather bag: pretty rad looking cargo bag. Does not store much more than a heavy duty bike chain, which you WILL need. Don’t leave this bike anywhere without lots of bike lock protection. Spend at least 100$ on a high quality heavy lock. Speed and performance: this bike accelerates quickly, climbs impressive mountain hills, and goes fast. On the performance end of the spectrum, I LOVE the way this bike handles! The geometry of the two tire placement and seating arrangement paired with the weight distribution on this bike makes you feel like you’re really able to handle tight grooves in roads and obstacles. I love the way it handles! If you’re used to riding a beach cruiser, you might need 20-30 minutes to become fully accustomed to it, but this bike is a high-performance technical rider! So much fun to weave in and out of trees, cars, obstacles, etc. Just plain fun! Cons and drawbacks: I don’t have many to mention here. -there are two types of throttles in the ebike world, the first type is a throttle that will go full speed regardless of pedal assist level, and the second type is the one that will only accelerate to the max speed of the current pedal assist level. This bike is the second type. I don’t love that. I like to be able to set my pedal assist level to pedal in, then accelerate with the throttle however I see fit. If I could change only one thing about this bike, that would be it for sure. -there are no mechanical gears to shift through. It has only one gear sprocket. So if your battery dies (not likely), you may have to have a hard pedal experience home if it’s not all flat. That said, they did choose a nice mid-level gear for it and it’s easy to pedal on flat ground. -the seat is quite high and not adjustable. This doesn’t bother me but my brother is 5” shorter than I am and he can’t put his foot flat on the ground when he’s stopped. -The phone holder they send with the bike is very sub-standard and cheap. You can easily replace that with another metal one for $10-15, so this is not really a complaint at all. It’s actually kind of cool that they even include one to begin with, but it is on the cheap side and not durable. -Another issue (which is not the manufacturer’s fault) is that there is such little cargo space or options to add cargo space. This is a bike built for looks and performance primarily. There is nothing you can add to the rear like a rack, so panniers are out. If you want a front basket, the oversized (and very cool) front headlight will get in the way. I moved mine down to the lowest position and added a front basket. It can be done, but it’s a little tight. I also added a rock bros frame bag to the front between the seat and stem and it actually makes the bike look cooler. So anyway, cargo/storage is an issue if you want to go grocery shopping or carry any loads. That’s why backpacks were invented though, so it’s not a dealbreaker at all. -Handlebar real estate is also tight, but fairly standard for an ebike. Conclusion: this is the coolest, best ebike I’ve ever owned. Everyone comments on how cool it looks, but the better part about it is how it performs! Absolutely enjoy riding it everywhere, and I get around on bikes for 99.9% of all my transportation. I love the looks, the performance, the battery life, the speed, the fun, and the customer service! From a very, highly-experienced ebike rider, I would suggest this bike to anyone who has a penchant for a little more speed than a ratty 500w motor. At this price point, you cannot find a better, more good-looking bike! Absolutely recommend this bike for purchase, and the customer service cannot get any better! Best looking ebike out there, hands down!

2. Easy to assemble out the box.
Everything works great so far. Haven’t taken it on a long ride yet. But so far it’s been fun on short rides around my neighbourhood.

Everything came as indicated in description.

    3. Bikes fast for how small it is
This bike is very fast for how small it is. I’m 5’8 and 160 lbs. I got it going 34mph even just peddling. You don’t have to peddal like you’re running from something. Just keep the motor going. You’ll feel it when it’s engaging. My only concern is the battery indicator,It went down very quickly after a full charge. Only after a few miles. But then after turning it back on. The battery indicator was almost full again. So I’m not sure exactly how far I really can go. Other than that. The bike is absolutely awesome and so much fun to ride! I give it a 4.5
